Data Deletion
Your right to be forgotten
At Training Feel, we respect your privacy and your right to control your data. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, without needing to provide a reason.
This process complies with Apple App Store guidelines (Guideline 5.1.1) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Option 1: From the app
The fastest option. Inside Training Feel, go to Settings → My Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.
Option 2: By email
Send an email to hola@trainingfeel.com with the subject "Data Deletion" and include the email address associated with your account. We process requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted?
- Your account and profile
- All training logs and feeling records
- Training load history
- Settings and preferences
- Any other personal data associated with your account
What may be retained?
For legal obligations, we may retain certain transaction records or system logs in anonymized form, as permitted by applicable law.
Processing timeline
We confirm receipt of your request within 48 business hours and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days.
Data deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once processed, it is not possible to recover the deleted information.
